L’Hôtel Byblos de Saint Tropez n’a pas réouvert ses portes depuis un mois que déjà Vincent Maillard, Chef Exécutif du nouveau restaurant Rivéa supervisé par Alain Ducasse, a créé pour Obsiblue trois recettes printanières ultra fraîches à l’inspiration toute méditerranéenne. Qu’il s’agisse de revisiter le traditionnel cocktail avocat-crevette ou offrir un parfum d’exotisme à la légendaire salade Niçoise, c’est cette fraîcheur et cette simplicité que notre nouvel ambassadeur Obsiblue nous invite à découvrir cet été sur la Côte d’Azur.

Following the reopening of Byblos Hotel in Saint Tropez last month, Vincent Maillard, Executive Chef of the new restaurant Rivea overseen by Alain Ducasse has created three Obsiblue ultra fresh spring recipes with mediterranean inspiration. Whether to renew the traditional avocado-shrimp cocktail or offer an exotic fragrance to the legendary Niçoise salad, we thank very much our new ambassador for his invitation to enjoy the freshness and simplicity of Obsiblue this summer on the French Riviera.
