La belle crevette bleue de Nouvelle-Calédonie poursuit sa carrière en Asie du Sud Est. Le 15 octobre prochain, elle sera la vedette d’une rencontre exceptionnelle au Ritz Carlton de Hong Kong, réunissant un super casting de Chefs pour concocter un menu gastronomique dédié à l’Obsiblue. Cette « Chefs Table » se déroulera au restaurant Tosca, situé au 102ème étage de l’hôtel avec la promesse d’un instant rare de dégustation dans un pur décor cinématographique.
